Getting in shape is not as bad as we make it

Are you confused with how to get in shape?

Getting in shape is not all that hard when you lay out all the pieces:


- workout regimen

- nutrition

- stress management and sleep



But that's not really the hard part, is it?


It's putting in the time and consistency for all of those. Making your goals a priority and saying no to things that don't serve you… THAT'S THE HARD PART!


This is why people hire coaches and trainers or join accountability groups.  Being accountable to yourself is difficult. But knowing you are working with someone who is backing you, who is counting on you and who is rooting for your goals..... makes the process that much more effective.


This is what I do!


I hold my tribe accountable to their goals. Life and excuses will show up.
