Here a 3 things you can do TODAY to position yourself to protect your knees in jump rope:
📌 Jump on the correct surface (wood floor, rubber track surface or jump rope mat.
📌 Only jump high enough to clear the rope
📌 Wear shoes that obsorb shock (my favorite brand right now is Mizuno)
