Benefits Of Step Aerobics Class

I am a believer in all things fun- Including my workouts. But fun does not have to mean less work. My motto here at Make It Fun Nyc is that your workout should not be a chore. In matter of fact your workout should be fun!

Now what makes this class different is that we used sticks, hence the name Sticks and Steps! The sticks added the component of including an upper-body workout.

"Sticks and Steps Aerobics is a full body workout that will help you drop weight and build muscular endurance!"

If you are interested in taking this class, Rodney teaches every Tuesday night at Retro Fitness Church Avenue location in Brooklyn at 8pm. He also teaches at Q Studios Brownsville location every Wednesday night at 8:30 pm.
