Fat Loss For Busy Moms


As busy working moms, you hardly run your days.

Do you really to work on your best body but don’t have enough time?

Do you find yourself getting on the scale every day, just to be disappointed?

Let me tell you. Forget the scale! You want to focus on fat loss not weight loss.

Want to know the BEST style of training to strictly target fat loss?

When it comes to getting lean and losing fat you need to work with the hormones that release stored body fat. It's not just calories in and calories out that burns’ fat.

Circuit training/HIIT is the best type of exercise for targeting stubborn body fat. It’s fast and intense, but it works and in a short amount of time! HIIT stimulates catecholamines which in turn dumps fatty acids into your blood stream to be used as fuel. AKA- burning fat. BUT majority of people don't truly understand the level of intensity needed during HIIT to stimulate these hormones. YOU GOTTA PUSH YOURSELF!!

Try this circuit: Jump squats

Jump lunges

Mountain climbers

Burpees.

Do 12 reps of each - Back to back - Rest 2 mins & Repeat for 4 rounds total

Modified (circuit)

50 jumps with jump rope

20 Stepups alternating feet

30 second plank

20 Skiers

This is a great way to get an effective fat burning with no equipment needed (except a jump rope if you’d like).

These circuits are great to use at home, while you’re traveling or on vacation.

Aside from exercise... diet, water and supplements (CLA- turns fat into fuel) can help to assist in aiding fat loss.
